Customer Service Representative (CSR)

We are hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for our Logistics & Freight division. Responsibilities include handling customer emails and live chats, tracking and updating international shipments, coordinating with carriers and dispatch teams, resolving shipment issues and customer concerns, maintaining CRM records and shipment logs, and supporting client retention. Requirements: CSR + sales experience, fluent English, strong communication and problem-solving skills, comfortable working night shifts (6:00 PM - 3:00 AM), basic CRM knowledge, logistics or dispatch experience preferred.
