Agro Reporting Officer

Coordinate with cane team for field data collection, coordinate with digital solution providers, perform data analysis and crop reporting, prepare reports for agro review meetings, support field team regarding data collection, possess strong understanding of agricultural operations, crop cycles, and field activities. Knowledge of sugarcane cultivation and sugar industry operations is an added advantage. Requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Agriculture, Agri Economics, or MBA in Agriculture Business, 2-3 years of relevant experience, strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills, ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams, manage multiple tasks, and willingness to travel to field/site locations as required.
