Housekeeping Supervisor Assistant / Deputy Manager

Responsible for supervising daily housekeeping staff, assigning duties, and managing work schedules. Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and corridors to maintain high hygiene standards. Coordinate room status with Front Office and report maintenance defects promptly. Monitor linen, amenities, cleaning supplies, and lost-and-found procedures. Train staff on cleaning SOPs, grooming, and safety protocols. Handle operational pressure and work rotational shifts/weekends.
