Cold Store Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Cold Store Supervisor to join our Distribution Center in Mandra. The role involves ensuring stock accuracy, traceability, FIFO compliance, and proper storage practices. Responsibilities include monitoring cold store temperature, ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards, overseeing receiving, storage, and dispatch operations, maintaining accurate documentation and records, supervising the cold store team, and enforcing operational and safety procedures. Candidates should have 3-5 years of relevant experience and a background in cold store operations, inventory control, temperature management, and HACCP standards.
