Patient Facilitation Representative

We are hiring a Patient Facilitation Representative with a minimum graduate qualification and 2-3 years of experience in patient relations, customer handling, or front desk operations, preferably in a healthcare setup. Responsibilities include handling patient and attendant inquiries via phone and in person, scheduling and managing patient appointments, guiding patients through registration and queuing processes, providing information regarding tests, reports, and diagnostic services, assisting with clinic referral inquiries and patient coordination, and supporting front desk operations to ensure smooth patient flow.
