General Manager - Finance

Lead the Finance & Accounts teams, overseeing budgeting, forecasting and financial planning while ensuring timely and accurate reporting, IFS compliance, and alignment with the approved Business Plan. Manage treasury, cash flow, banking, working capital, imports, foreign currency exposure and insurance, ensuring adequate liquidity and efficient utilization of financial resources. Ensure compliance with taxation, corporate, statutory and SECP requirements, while maintaining strong internal controls, financial policies, SOPs and governance frameworks. Act as a key Finance Business Partner to management and the Board by providing performance analysis, financial insights, product costing, margin analysis and decision support. Lead external audit, stakeholder management and Company Secretary responsibilities, including coordination with auditors, banks, advisors, regulators, shareholders and the Board of Directors.
