Medical Officer (Cardiac ICU)

We are seeking a dedicated, competent, and patient-focused Medical Officer to join our Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (CICU) team at Omar Hospital Jail Road Branch Lahore. Key responsibilities include providing 24/7 care and monitoring of critically ill cardiac patients, monitoring vital signs and cardiac rhythm, responding to cardiac emergencies, assisting consultants with procedures and treatment plans, implementing prescribed medications and IV therapies, maintaining clinical records, coordinating with nursing staff and multidisciplinary team, and following CICU, infection control, and patient safety protocols. Eligibility criteria: MBBS from a recognized medical institution, valid PMDC registration/license, 1-2 years of relevant clinical experience (preferably in CCU or CICU), sound knowledge of cardiac emergencies, ECG interpretation, basic life support, ACLS principles, and critical care management, strong clinical judgment, communication, teamwork, and decision-making skills.
