Operations Manager

Lead and coordinate all departments of a premium chauffeur transportation business, including operations, dispatch, sales, marketing, SEO, and development. Manage day‑to‑day operations such as bookings, dispatch, affiliate/farm‑out arrangements, and service delivery. Set targets and KPIs, oversee affiliate/partner networks, manage escalations, ensure service quality and customer satisfaction, track revenue, costs, and profitability, and report to ownership. Hire, train, and manage staff across teams, improve systems, and maintain P&L and budget ownership. Requires 4+ years of management/operations leadership in the limo/chauffeur/ground transportation industry, strong dispatch and affiliate model knowledge, and familiarity with digital marketing, SEO, web/dev workflows, and CRMs.
