Assistant Manager Food Safety

Responsible for implementing and sustaining AIBI, FSSC, PCI, QAS, PSQCA standards, conducting internal and external audits, supervising microbiological testing, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing PPE inventory, leading IPM activities, overseeing plant sanitation (CIP, cleaning, COP), training staff, managing documentation, and driving food safety improvement projects. Requires BSc in Chemistry, Food Technology, or Chemical Engineering, 3-5 years experience in dairy, juice, water or beverage industry, and experience as Lead Auditor or FSS/AIBI/QAS certification holder.
