IT Officer

Responsible for providing IT support to office and factory staff, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing user accounts and email, maintaining computer hardware, networking (LAN/WAN), Windows installation and configuration, server and backup management, printers, CCTV systems, and basic cybersecurity and data protection.
