Trainee Engineer - Civil (Sub-Contracting)

We are hiring a Trainee Engineer - Civil (Sub-Contracting) to support the sub-contracting and procurement team in drafting tender inquiries, comparing vendor quotations, evaluating civil contractor bids, preparing sub-contract agreements, work orders, and commercial evaluations for project site execution. The role involves coordinating with site teams and vendors to track progress, monitor sub-contractor deliverables, assist in routine billing and measurement verifications, and maintaining comprehensive records of sub-contractor documentation, pre-qualifications, and correspondence. Candidates should hold a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering, have 0-6 months of relevant professional exposure or internship experience, and possess basic understanding of contract administration, civil construction workflows, and commercial terms, along with strong numerical, interpersonal, negotiation, ethical, and coordination skills.
