Certified Care Solutions LLC needs a remote Case Worker/Patient Support Coordinator in Islamabad supporting US patients by telephone.

Key Responsibilities

Connect US patients with community and social-service resources by phone
Assist with food, housing, transportation, utilities and financial assistance programs
Coordinate with healthcare, insurance, government and community organizations

Requirements

Excellent English; telephone communication and documentation skills; reliable internet; private workspace; Monday-Friday New York business hours

Pay & Schedule

Remote, morning shift (NY hours), PKR 60,000-80,000/month.
