Welcome to JobFixo. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the JobFixo website (jobfixo.com) and its services (the "Platform"). By registering an account, posting a job, submitting an application, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

 1. Definitions

- "JobFixo," "we"  — the operator of the jobfixo.com platform.
- “User” — any person or entity accessing or using the Platform.
- “Employer” — a User who registers to post jobs, search candidates, or recruit through the Platform.
- “Candidate” — a User who registers to create a profile or CV, browse jobs, or apply for jobs.
- “Content” — any text, images, files, job postings, CVs, company profiles, reviews, or other material submitted to the Platform.

 2. Eligibility and Accounts

1. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use the Platform.
2. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it updated.
3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. You may not create more than one account, impersonate any person or company, or create an account on behalf of another party without authorization.
5. We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate any account at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms.

 3. Nature of the Service

JobFixo is an online platform that connects Employers and Candidates. We are **not** a recruitment agency, employer, or party to any employment relationship formed through the Platform. We do not guarantee:

- that any job posting will result in a hire;
- that any Candidate will secure employment;
- the accuracy, legality, or quality of any job posting, company profile, or CV;
- the identity, conduct, or reliability of any User.

Users are solely responsible for verifying the other party before entering into any employment or business relationship.

 4. Employer Obligations

Employers agree that:

1. All job postings must describe genuine, currently available positions.
2. Job postings must be lawful and must not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, gender, age, disability, or any other ground prohibited by applicable law.
3. Job postings must not advertise pyramid schemes, unpaid "pay-to-work" arrangements, illegal activities, or misleading business opportunities.
4. Employers may not require Candidates to pay any fee to apply for or obtain a job.
5. Candidate data (CVs, contact details, applications) obtained through the Platform may be used only for legitimate recruitment purposes and may not be sold, shared, or used for marketing.
6. Company profiles must accurately represent the Employer's business.

 5. Candidate Obligations

Candidates agree that:

1. All information in profiles, CVs, and applications must be truthful and accurate.
2. Candidates may not submit spam applications or apply for jobs they have no genuine interest in or qualification for.
3. Candidates may not upload Content belonging to another person without permission.

 6. Prohibited Conduct

All Users agree not to:

- scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Platform by automated means;
- upload viruses, malware, or any harmful code;
- post false, misleading, defamatory, obscene, or infringing Content;
- harass, threaten, or abuse other Users;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other Users' accounts;
- use the Platform to conduct or promote fraudulent recruitment, advance-fee scams, or identity theft;
- circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the Platform;
- use the Platform for any purpose that is unlawful under applicable law.

 7. Paid Services, Payments, and Refunds

1. Certain features (such as job posting packages, featured listings, or CV access) may require payment. Prices and package details are displayed on the Platform at the time of purchase.
2. All fees are payable in advance and, unless otherwise stated, are non-refundable once the service has been activated or the job posting published.
3. If a paid service cannot be delivered due to a fault on our side, we will, at our discretion, re-deliver the service, credit your account, or issue a refund.
4. We may change our prices at any time; changes will not affect services already purchased.
5. Taxes, banking fees, or currency conversion charges are the responsibility of the User where applicable.

 8. Content and Intellectual Property

1. You retain ownership of the Content you submit. By submitting Content, you grant JobFixo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that Content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform.
2. You represent that you have all rights necessary to submit your Content and that it does not infringe any third party's rights.
3. All Platform software, design, logos, and branding are the property of JobFixo or its licensors and may not be copied or used without written permission.
4. We may remove or edit any Content that violates these Terms or applicable law, without notice.

 9. Reviews and Ratings

Users may leave reviews of companies where the feature is available. Reviews must be honest, based on genuine experience, and must not contain abusive or defamatory language. We may moderate or remove reviews at our discretion.

 10. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which form part of these Terms. By using the Platform you consent to such processing.

 11. Third-Party Links and Services

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk.

 12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

 13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

1.  JobFixo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, employment    opportunities, or business, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.
2.  JobFixo shall not be liable for the acts or omissions of any Employer, Candidate, or other User, including fraudulent job postings or misrepresented qualifications.
3. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or if you have paid nothing, a nominal amount as determined by applicable law.

 14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JobFixo, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your Content, your use of the Platform, or your violation of these Terms or any law.

15. Suspension and Termination

1. We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law, or to protect the Platform or other Users.
2. You may close your account at any time by contacting us or using the account settings.
3. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive (including Content license, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) shall survive termination.
 

16. Changes to the Platform and These Terms

1. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time.
2. We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify Users (e.g., by email or a notice on the Platform).

 17. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Lahore, Pakistan, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

 18. General

1. If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
2. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right.
3. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
4. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and JobFixo regarding the Platform.
