Smart Ideal World needs a remote Senior Scrum Master, Islamabad-based, for a SaaS real-estate platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum/Kanban ceremonies and manage dependencies and impediments
- Track delivery metrics (velocity, burn-down/up, cycle time, throughput)
- Support CI/CD and DevOps practices using Jira, Confluence or Azure DevOps
Requirements
- 5+ years as a Scrum Master/Agile coach in SaaS or cloud-native teams
- Strong knowledge of Scrum/Kanban/SAFe; CSM or PSM II/III preferred
Pay & Schedule
Remote, morning shift, PKR 250,000-350,000/month.
