MEP Solutions is hiring a full-time on-site Construction Manager (Mechanical) in Karachi for MAE and Suzuki projects. BE/BSc in Mechanical Engineering required with strong MEP construction experience.

Their Karachi-based projects — including major work at MAE and Suzuki facilities — require a senior Construction Manager who can oversee mechanical works from planning through to handover.
The Role
As Construction Manager (Mechanical), you'll take ownership of all mechanical construction activities on site. This means scheduling deliverables, estimating costs, coordinating with design engineers, supervising sub-contractors, and ensuring that mechanical installations meet specification, quality, and safety standards. You'll be on-site full-time, solving problems as they arise and keeping works progressing against the programme.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinating and directing mechanical construction works including HVAC, piping, plumbing, and process systems as applicable to the projects. Conducting and documenting quality assurance and safety inspections throughout construction. Reviewing shop drawings and coordinating engineering queries between site and the technical office. Preparing progress reports for project management and client teams. Ensuring timely identification and resolution of construction issues.
Requirements
BE or BSc in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution. Significant hands-on experience managing MEP construction projects, specifically the mechanical discipline. Strong site management skills, ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, and comfort with client-facing reporting. PEC registration is an advantage.
