Job Description
SA Corp Pvt Ltd needs an experienced Controller Dispatcher, on-site in Rawalpindi, to run its taxi-dispatch platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle real-time trip assignment and manage cancellations/reroutes
- Maintain trip logs and track KPIs
- Handle incident escalation and shift reporting
Requirements
- About three years' dispatch/operations experience with Autocab 365, iCabbi or similar platforms
- Qualification in Logistics, Transport Management, IT or equivalent practical experience
Pay & Schedule
On-site, rotating shift, PKR 85,000-150,000/month.
