Position Overview
As a Management Trainee Officer in Finance, you will work closely with our experienced finance team to gain hands-on exposure to real-world financial operations. This is a full-time onsite role based at our Head Office in Clifton, Karachi. Candidates with an ACCA qualification or a Master's degree in Finance will be given preference. Those residing in or near Clifton and DHA will be considered first due to location convenience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day financial and accounting activities across the department
- Support the preparation, review, and analysis of financial reports and statements
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
- Maintain and review financial records along with all supporting documentation
- Assist in accounts payable, receivable, reconciliations, and other finance-related tasks
- Support both internal and external audit requirements as needed
- Conduct financial analysis and contribute to the preparation of management reports
- Coordinate with internal departments on finance-related matters and queries
Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of core finance and accounting principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
- Knowledge of financial reporting, reconciliations, and basic financial analysis
- Strong numerical reasoning and analytical thinking abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with solid organizational and time management capabilities
- Self-motivated, proactive, and genuinely eager to learn and grow
Who We're Looking For
