Job Description
Pharma Care Pack also needs a Manager Operations in Karachi to oversee its plastics-based pharmaceutical packaging lines on a rotating-shift basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply continuous-improvement methods (Kaizen, 5S, basic Six Sigma) across production lines
- Track OEE and other KPIs through ERP/MES systems and manage CAPA processes
- Coordinate maintenance, budgeting and production planning
- Lead and develop the operations team
Requirements
- At least five years in manufacturing operations management
- Strong knowledge of GMP/ISO standards and ERP/MES tooling
Pay & Schedule
On-site, rotating shift, PKR 120,000-200,000/month.
