Job Description
Pharma Care Pack, based in Korangi, Karachi, needs a Production Manager to run its plastics/packaging/pharmaceutical production lines on-site.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day production across injection molding, extrusion and thermoforming lines
- Ensure cGMP compliance and maintain production planning and MRP schedules
- Track KPIs such as OEE, yield and scrap, and coordinate preventive maintenance
- Lead multi-shift production teams
Requirements
- At least five years in production supervision or management in plastics, packaging or pharma manufacturing
- Hands-on knowledge of injection molding, extrusion or thermoforming processes
Pay & Schedule
On-site, morning shift, PKR 80,000-150,000/month.
