Job Description
WooCommerce is hiring a Senior Enterprise Advocate to champion our largest customers across Europe, Middle East, and Africa. You'll be the trusted technical voice helping enterprise retailers build powerful, scalable e-commerce solutions on WooCommerce.
Responsibilities
- Act as primary technical advisor for WooCommerce's top 50 enterprise accounts in EMEA
- Conduct technical workshops, architecture reviews, and solution deep-dives with customers
- Gather product feedback from enterprise customers and advocate for improvements internally
- Create technical content: case studies, integration guides, and best practice playbooks
- Support pre-sales with technical evaluations and enterprise RFP responses
Requirements
- 6+ years of solutions engineering, developer advocacy, or technical customer success
- Deep knowledge of WooCommerce, WordPress, PHP, and headless e-commerce architecture
- Strong presentation skills in English; additional European language is a plus
- Experience engaging with C-level and VP-level enterprise stakeholders
- Willingness to travel within EMEA up to 25% of the time
