Key Responsibilities
- Supervise employment, education, criminal and identity verifications
- Design workflows and quality controls, and coach the verification team
- Ensure data-privacy compliance and produce dashboards/reports for clients
Requirements
- About three years supervising verification or background-screening operations
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets reporting skills; ATS or verification certifications preferred
Pay & Schedule
On-site, morning shift, PKR 80,000-120,000/month.
