Job Description
Senior fiscal advisory role reviewing PSDP proposals and development budget policy for the Ministry of Planning.
Responsibilities
- Advise on formulation and implementation of development budget policy
- Review and analyze PSDP proposals, budget estimates and financing plans
- Monitor PSDP allocation utilization and identify implementation bottlenecks
- Review PC-I through PC-V documents from a budgetary perspective
- Prepare policy briefs, cabinet summaries and budget performance reports
Requirements
- 16 years of education in Economics, Public Finance, Development Economics, Public Policy or Business Administration (Finance)
- At least 15 years of relevant experience; maximum age 62
