Senior fiscal advisory role reviewing PSDP proposals and development budget policy for the Ministry of Planning.

Responsibilities

Advise on formulation and implementation of development budget policy
Review and analyze PSDP proposals, budget estimates and financing plans
Monitor PSDP allocation utilization and identify implementation bottlenecks
Review PC-I through PC-V documents from a budgetary perspective
Prepare policy briefs, cabinet summaries and budget performance reports

Requirements

16 years of education in Economics, Public Finance, Development Economics, Public Policy or Business Administration (Finance)
At least 15 years of relevant experience; maximum age 62
