Job Description
Reveal is looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead our most complex cross-functional initiatives. You'll bring structure, clarity, and relentless follow-through to strategic programs that directly impact Reveal's product roadmap and go-to-market execution.
What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end planning, execution, and tracking for 3–5 strategic company programs simultaneously
- Align engineering, product, design, marketing, and sales teams around shared program goals
- Identify dependencies and risks early; develop and implement mitigation plans
- Facilitate executive-level programme reviews and write clear, concise status communications
- Drive retrospectives and continuous improvement across delivery processes
What You Bring
- 7+ years of programme or project management experience in a high-growth SaaS company
- PMP, PRINCE2, or SAFe certification strongly preferred
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Asana, or similar tools
- Data-driven mindset with ability to define and track programme KPIs
