Job Description
Magento (Adobe Commerce) is seeking a Senior Director of Product Management to own the vision and roadmap for Actions Runners and Compute Services. You'll lead a team of PMs working on the infrastructure that powers commerce automation at global enterprise scale.
What You'll Own
- Product strategy and 3-year roadmap for Actions Runners and Compute Services globally
- Leading a team of 6–8 product managers across the compute infrastructure portfolio
- Defining success metrics and driving data-informed product investment decisions
- Deep engagement with Fortune 500 enterprise customers to validate product direction
- Executive presentations at Adobe Leadership Summit and external developer conferences
What You Bring
- 14+ years of product management with 5+ years in senior director or above roles
- Deep technical understanding of cloud compute, containers, and developer platform infrastructure
- Proven track record of building and shipping category-defining B2B products at scale
- Exceptional executive communication skills and ability to influence at C-suite level
- BS/MS in Computer Science plus MBA from a top institution strongly preferred

- Total compensation $250,000–$380,000 including base, target bonus, and RSUs
