Job Description
Vibe is seeking a Country Leader for the United States market to drive revenue, operations, and strategic growth for one of our most important geographies. This is an executive role reporting to the Global CEO with full P&L ownership for a $50M+ revenue business.
What You'll Own
- Full P&L responsibility for Vibe's US market, including revenue targets of $50M+
- Building and leading a cross-functional team of 100+ across sales, CS, marketing, and operations
- Developing and executing the US go-to-market strategy and 3-year growth plan
- Representing Vibe in key enterprise accounts, strategic partnerships, and industry events
- Presenting quarterly business reviews to the Global CEO and Board of Directors
What You Bring
- 18+ years of senior business leadership with 5+ years as a Country or Regional GM
- Proven track record of driving hyper-growth in a B2B SaaS environment
- Strong relationships across Fortune 500 enterprises and the US technology ecosystem
- Exceptional leadership, people development, and change management capabilities
- MBA from a top business school required
Executive Package
- Total compensation $220,000–$320,000 base plus 50% target bonus
- Significant equity stake with multi-year vesting
