Job Description
We are looking for a Lead QA Engineer at Vibe to own quality across our real-time collaboration platform. You'll lead a team of QA engineers, define testing strategy, and ensure every product release meets the highest standards of quality for our enterprise customers.
What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor a team of 5 QA engineers across manual and automated testing
- Define and own the end-to-end QA strategy, processes, and tooling
- Design and build automated test suites using Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium
- Collaborate with product and engineering in agile sprints from story creation to release
- Track quality metrics and present findings in weekly engineering reviews
Requirements
- 6+ years of QA experience with at least 2 in a lead or management role
- Strong expertise in test automation frameworks and CI/CD integration
- Experience testing complex SaaS applications and APIs
- ISTQB Advanced or equivalent certification preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills
