Job Description
Pinterest is hiring a Senior Customer Success Manager to own a portfolio of strategic enterprise advertising accounts in San Francisco. You'll help Pinterest's most valuable business customers achieve their marketing objectives and drive measurable growth through the platform.
What You'll Do
- Manage a portfolio of 15–20 strategic enterprise advertiser accounts worth $50M+ combined revenue
- Develop tailored success plans aligned to each customer's brand and performance marketing goals
- Lead quarterly executive business reviews and present ROI analysis to VP and CMO stakeholders
- Partner with Pinterest sales on renewal, upsell, and expansion opportunities
- Represent the voice of the customer internally to influence product and policy decisions
What You Bring
- 6+ years of customer success or account management in digital advertising or SaaS
- Deep knowledge of performance marketing, CPM, CPC, ROAS, and digital attribution
- Track record of maintaining renewal rates above 95% and growing accounts YoY
- Excellent executive communication and relationship management skills
- Experience with Gainsight, Salesforce, and digital advertising analytics platforms
